Delete your Twinwinch account

Use the same Google account you use for Twinwinch. This removes your Twinwinch identity and associated cloud data. Your Google account is not deleted.

What will be removed

Cloud campaign, scores, badges, tags and unlocks.
Credits, inventory, equipment, lives and game operation receipts.
Your Firebase sign-in identity and reward records for this Twinwinch environment.

Once accepted, the request cannot be cancelled. New cloud operations stop immediately. Cleanup normally runs within 15 minutes, with automatic retries if a service is temporarily unavailable.

A minimal deletion receipt (hashed account identifier, environment and dates) is retained for 30 days to prevent old requests recreating your data, then removed automatically. Infrastructure logs follow the retention described in our privacy policy.

Local saves and other environments

Your separate offline campaign is not uploaded or removed by this web request. Use Settings → Accounts → Privacy & data → Erase local campaign in the game, or clear the app's storage in Android. Delete any backups you exported yourself. Other devices may show cached data while offline; reconnect them or clear their app storage.

Development testing and production have separate accounts. To delete both, submit a request in each environment: Production · Development test.

Can't sign in?

Email play@webamgames.com with the subject “Twinwinch account deletion”, your sign-in email and the environment you used. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Never send your password or authentication codes. If you cannot open an email app, copy the address above.
